RESERVATION POLICY AND SALES


 
  .GENERAL PROCESS  
     
 

After you get in contact with us by phone, website or e-mail:

- Quotation will be sent to the respective customer, via mail or medium indicated.
- If accepted certain price, we will return the Purchase Order.
- Once agreed the purchase of the product the method of payment will be decided:
... o On line payments.
... o Bank deposit.
- Advance notice is required if you want an invoice, otherwise a receipt will be issued.

 
     
  .SALES POLICY  
     
  Passengers must pay 50% of its total travel, once they have the reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due 15 days before your arrival to Peru, if not, a penalty will be charged. This payment is required to ensure the quality of services.  
     
  .GENERAL RESERVATION POLICY  
 
 
 

Acceptance of reservations by Scape2perú will be subjected to the availability of means of transportation, accommodation and operators, which will be confirmed by the traveler through a final confirmation.

Organized tours and accommodation
The routes will be worked with the help of the traveler but sometimes changes are made on the plan. Some of the possible causes are: climate change, natural disasters, social problems, etc. In these cases Scape2perú changes take place with the help of local operators and travelers.

In addition, Scape2perú may replace part of the itinerary or hotels for others of the same category due to reasonable causes such as lack of space or some deficiency in service previously agreed.

Changes in Reserves
Any modifications requested by the passenger must be made at least within 30 days (individual travelers), 60 days (groups) before departure, otherwise Scape2perú reserves the right to accept or decline the requested amendment depending on the availability of tourism enterprises provided: accommodations, tour operators and tourist transport means.
No reservation changes will be accepted 15 days before the date of travel

Change or replacement of traveler – Organized accommodations and tours
If the traveler can not make the journey for personal reasons or illness it may be replaced by someone else, if this change is notified at least 15 days before departure.

Please note that this regulation is only possible in regard to accommodation and tours, and does not apply in the Inca trail service, air tickets, train tickets and bus tickets, which may be used only by the initial traveler. Otherwise, the traveler must run the new penalties for change of name or complete payment of the new service.

Plane Tickets
Airfares are not included in the final price of the tour, however, if you wish, you can request a quote. Prices are subject to availability and change rate at the date of issuance. These changes are known in advance by the passenger, the flight numbers and schedules are subject to change until the date of travel by the airline.

 
     
  .CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS  
     
 

Individual Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing, including all relevant information and will be attended within 24 hours.
If the cancellation is received before 45 days of arrival of the traveler, the deposit of the trip will be fully refundable less administrative costs USD50.00.
If the cancellation is received within the 45 and 20 days before the date of
the arrival, each passenger has the right to retain half of the deposit plus the administrative costs of USD50.00.
No refund will be applied from 19 working days before the date of travel

Group Cancellation
For group cancellations they must inform 45 days before the arrival of the group.

From 59 to 31 days, we reserve the right to withhold half of the deposit.

No refund will be applied within 30 days unless the arrival of the group.

* Consider:
• To each return it will be increased administrative costs USD50.00.
• Repayment of airfare or tourist transportation means such as trains and buses, are subject to the refund policy of the respective service provider; it is also informed that there will not be a refund of any type if the journey is stopped due to the lack or irregularity in the passenger's personal documents which may be: identity cards, passports, vaccinations, etc.

Cancellation of Inca Trail
The cancellation policy that is subject to the Inca trail service is the most rigorous of all the contract of the traveler. This regulation depends on and is subject only to the INC (Instituto Nacional de Cultura) and the operators who have direct authority and control.

Scape2perú is subject to the availability of the Inca Trail operator and what the INC offers.
It is informed to the traveler, having accepted the agreed date and the payment for the Inca Trail service; you can not make any modification, such as modification date, change of passport replacement passenger, cancellations by a disability staff etc.

Scape2perú can not make any reimbursement for the concepts that are mentioned above.

Any change or cancellation must be brought in for registration and Scape2perú response to the passenger within 24 hours of receiving the request.

During the period of peak Scape2perú reserves the right to alter the policies for cancellation, according to the restrictions and penalties from the suppliers of air tickets, hotels and other services.

 
     
  ..IMPORTANT CLARIFICATIONS  
     
 
  • Scape2perú recommends for travelers to submit their documentation properly updated correct names, passport, etc. To avoid problems when arriving at the destination.
  • The dates and routes of the packets may vary in special circumstances. Scape2perú assumes no liability if events occur as stoppages, strikes or demonstrations in the town which are being visited, in this case we will do our best to help and to see how to find alternatives so that you can be sure you can continue your journey.
  • If you create a special package, SCAPE2PERU has 5 days to inform the maximum total cost of the product.
  • SCAPE2PERU is responsible for any inherent documentation to the trip (tickets, etc.) So they will be hended by us.
 
     
  .RESPONSIBILITIES  
     
 

Scape2perú organizes the tour for our travelers booking their name for the means of transportation, accommodation or other required tourist services, so it is not responsible for accidents, loss of personal property, delay or interfere with the tour due to major force or events not directly involved with our responsibility, especially with regard to programs and schedules provided by intermediaries tour.

Scape2perú is not responsible for illnesses, pregnancy or physical or mental disability, which may endanger the health or integrity of the passenger or third parties during the development of the tour. We will not recognize any claim or refund for the concepts mentioned above.

Ask us to notify the contracting of our services, the existence of any limitation, such as to recommend specific services that address the impediments.
