DAY 1:
ARRIVAL IN CUSCO
- You will be picked up from the airport by our representatives and taken to the hotel where you can relax and acclimatize to the altitude.
- In the afternoon, visit to the ancient capital of Tahiantinsuyo with the Cathedral; the main square; the Santo Domingo church and the Koricancha or the Temple of Sun . Later, near the fortress of Sacsayhuaman: Kenko, major center of worship and offerings; Puka Pukara former defense and guard post of worship surrounding the so-called “Baños del Inca” in Tambo Machay.
- Returning to Cusco , enjoy a specially prepared dinner show for your enjoyment (show still to confirm)
DAY 2: SACRED VALLEY
- After breakfast we start the excursion to the village of Pisac located at 32km away from Cusco city. Enjoy shopping at the beautiful and picturesque Indian market.
- Lunch in Urubamba and visit the town and fortress of Ollantaytambo in the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
- When finished, return to Cusco city.

This tour is available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
DAY 3: MACHU PICCHU
- Scenic train ride through the Urubamba Valley, followed by a 30 minute bus ride to the stunning “Lost city of the Incas”: Machu Picchu. Guided tour to the famous ruins where the different theories of the use of town and their way of life will be explained.
- After lunch we will be on our return to the imperial city.

Note: As a suggestion you can stay overnight in the village of Aguas Calientes to visit the ruins once again or enjoy the hot springs the next day. (It does not include hotel night, or entries)
DAY 4: DEPARTURE
- At the agreed time you will be taken to the airport for your flight to Lima.
You can also choose an extension to Puerto Maldonado and visit the wonders of Nature or continue your tour to Puno city and the Titicaca Lake . |
